HOW CAN I BUY YOUR JEWELRY?

Most of my jewelry is avaliable for purchase via Instagram or here on my website. Occasionally I'll join a pop-up market which I always announce on all social media linked to Sab Frances.

ARE YOU CURRENTLY TAKING CUSTOMS/WHERE CAN I COMMISSION CUSTOM WORK?

If you are interested in purchasing custom work, I ask for you to have a general idea of what kind of custom work you are looking for before contacting to commission a piece. I.e. ring, necklace, bracelet, bolo ect. Find more info about this process on the "Customs Commissions" page on the site.

 

CAN YOU HOLD A PIECE OF JEWELRY FOR ME?

I won't do holds on anything but if you see something you like and it goes before you can claim it, in most cases I will duplicate some designs as custom work. 

STORE POLICIES:

SHIPPING: All items are shipped using priority shipping, this includes insurance of items up to $100. If you have special shipping requests please contact me before your order is ready to ship out and adjustments can be made.

PAYMENT PLANS: I will always accept and work with you to acquire your own piece via payment plan. Please contact me if this is something you are interested in.

REPAIRS: If your piece needs to be repaired or replaced, I will do my absolute best to bring your jewels back to life. However, please be aware that in some cases, I cannot cater to reparation needs, such as resizing statement and some regular rings. Feel free to reach out to discuss more about this!

RETURNS: It is always my top priority to make sure my clients are happy after purchase. If, for some reason, you wish to return a purchased piece of my work contact me. These run case-by-case and in most, I cannot accept returns on damaged pieces. Shipping returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

SIZING: Please have accurate knowledge of your current ring size before purchasing. As much as we'd like to resize one of a kind designs its often not possible to do without remaking the entire design which comes at great waste and added cost to unused material. Please keep this in mind when shopping!

Visit your local jeweler and asked to be sized, or order an easy to use template offline!

If your ring arrives and does not fit properly and *cannot* be resized, send it back and a refund will be issued via store credit.
